All our fruit is guaranteed pesticide and chemical free. Fruit is prepared by hand, including peeling, cutting, and other processes. We carefully cook the fruit with sugar for each individual recipe. and add pectin and citric acid when necessary where required.. When the sugar rate is achieved, the jam is poured into jars. They are then pasteurized for 20 minutes to sanitize the jams, before the jars are quenched in cold water.


Our jams are packaged in a variety of jar sizes, including 28g, 135g, 275g, and 400g.
Three jam types are available: passion fruit, pineapple and lemon.
