HONEY AND JAMS
Our jams are guaranteed pesticide and chemical free. Fruits are prepared by hand, including peeling, cutting and other processes. We are carefully cooking the fruit with sugar for each individual recipe, adding pectin and citric acid when it is required. When the sugar rate is achieved, the jam is poured into jars. After beeing quenched in cool water, the jars are pasteurized for 20 minutes in order to sanitize the jams.
