Extra pineapple jam

Our pineapple jams are prepared from Kasi and Luang Prabang region. Pineapple shoots are planted in April and May, just before the start of the rainy/humid season. Fruits are harvested during a period from May to July over the following three years. After this three-year period, farmers rotate their plantation.

Pineapple production provides a significant additional income to farmers and peasants aside their main production.

Our jams are made with 60g of pineapple per 100g of jam.
