The lemon we use to prepare marmelade is grown naturally on the Mekong islands of southern Laos at Champasak province. Namloy Don, Don Derg, Sanh Don and Don Xay islands are well known as the "Lemon islands".
Seasonal flooding provides all the sediments needed to support lemon cultivation.
Our jam/marmelade is made with 25g of lemon per 100g of jam.
Available in 275g and 400g.
